The quote form requests your name, suburb or town, email or phone number, property type, service and a description of the problem. Please leave out identity numbers, payment details and other sensitive information.
How enquiries work
When you submit, the website sends these details securely to a server-side form handler. If delivery succeeds, the details are emailed to info@collheyzwaterproofing.co.za so the business can respond and discuss a quotation. Your email becomes the reply address where provided. We do not add you to a marketing list or send an automatic visitor confirmation.
Hosting and protection
Aerion manages this website using Afrihost reseller hosting. Website and mailbox services process enquiries; hosting logs and backups may also contain request or email information. The form applies validation, a hidden spam field and rate limits. Its rate-limit files contain keyed address hashes and timestamps, not enquiry contents. The handler does not keep a separate enquiry database.
Retention
The business is still confirming the retention periods for enquiries, job records, mailbox messages, hosting logs and backups. This review version should be tested with sample details until those arrangements and this notice are approved.
